3 SIMPLE STEPS
TO RECONNECTION
1. Visit any TDCanadaTrust
banch. Inform the teller you want to DEPOSIT CASH as
a BILL PAYMENT to "Avenue''s Local Phone Service".
2. Ask the teller
to include your FIRST & LAST NAME as the "account
number" with your deposit (This is because you
are a new customer with us and don''t yet have an account
number issued by us). This is very important, otherwise
we won''t know who the payment is from. Please keep
your transaction receipt.
3. Call us at
1-866-559-5521 with the "reference number" the
teller gives you (this is on the receipt of your deposit).
Then we''ll do the rest for you!

ACCEPT PERSONAL CHEQUES
Example:
Mary Jones just signed
up to our service. Mary now needs to go to any TDCanadaTrust
Bank Branch, and make a "Bill Payment" to "Avenue''s
Local Phone Service"
at the teller. Mary mentions
her temporary account number and asks the teller to include
this with the bill payment - Mary then
gives us a call at 1-866-559-5521, quotes her reference number and she''s well on her way to reconnection.
Activation usually takes
less than 5 days, sometimes when demand is high it may take
a little longer.
You will receive a bill
on the 15th of the month. You may be credited an amount for
unused time during your first month. You MUST PAY THE BALANCE
DUE by the 1st of the following month even if it has not been
a full month. The amount paid will bring you into line with
our 1st of the month billing cycle.
Electronic bill payments
may now be made through:

NOTICE: Internet and Telebanking
payments for existing customers may be made up until the 3rd
of the month for their existing service. Payments made after
the 3rd of the month may not reach our office in time and
may result in disconnection.
